Mas Vilalte is a retreat in every sense of the word— tucked deep in the mountains, away from the pace and noise of everyday life. The journey from Barcelona carries us into increasingly wild and beautiful landscape. Consider it the first gentle step in leaving the everyday behind, slowing down and landing.
Flights:
Our arrival airport will be Barcelona (BCN).
We'll be arranging a direct coach transfer for you from Barcelona Airport to Mas Vilalte, making the journey to the retreat centre as simple as possible.
You can fly to Barcelona from London Gatwick (LGW) or London Heathrow (LHR), with Easyjet and BA operating direct routes.
Flights for May 2027 are not yet available to book, so we'll share more specific recommendations once schedules and fares are released.
You are very welcome to choose the flights that work best for you, or to extend your stay and spend some time exploring Barcelona before or after the retreat.

Coach Transfers:
Inbound Journey — Thursday 29 April 2027
Our coach will leave Barcelona Airport at approximately 14:00, heading directly to Mas Vilalte. The journey takes around three hours, with a comfort break halfway.
Please plan to arrive at Barcelona Airport with plenty of time to collect your luggage and meet the group before we set off. The exact meeting point and final departure time will be confirmed once we have everyone's flight details.
Outbound Journey — Tuesday 4 May 2027
Our return coach will leave Mas Vilalte at approximately 13:00, with a comfort break along the way before arriving at Barcelona Airport.
The final timing will be coordinated around the group's onward flights and confirmed closer to the retreat.
Please note: The coach transfer is not included in your retreat price. The cost will be shared equally between all retreat attendees, keeping the transfer as affordable as possible for everyone.
