You don’t need to bring anything except your beautiful heart to circle.

Available on a drop in basis and designed to help you develop a regular soul journaling practise

You don’t need any previous experience to join this circle - full guidance and art materials are included in this workshop.
Regular Circles on Thursdays at the Sussex Country Yurt
Ongoing throughout the years, the cycles and the seasons
My regular Women’s Circles take place once a month at a beautiful yurt in the heart of Nature near Warnham.
The circle is confidential and is a chance to connect to a community of sisters, all figuring life out one step at a time.
My circles are always inspired by a seasonal theme and include: guided meditation and journaling, a sharing circle, a ritual for setting intentions for the cycle and a range of other creative / spiritual tools to support self expression.
Spaces on these circles are limited so do pop me an email if you’d like to join on a regular basis and I’ll add you to the waitlist.
